Terms of Service

By accessing or using LizFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by any additional policies referenced on the site. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use LizFlow.

LizFlow is distributed by Nebur Tech LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use LizFlow for unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

LizFlow offers software licenses, subscriptions, and related digital services. Product details, pricing, license scope, and subscription terms are described on the applicable product or checkout page.

An order is not complete until payment is successfully processed. We may decline, suspend, or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, payment issues, or a violation of these terms.

All purchases are final. LizFlow does not provide refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements after a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but amounts already paid are non-refundable and access remains available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Your use of software, content, or digital goods obtained through LizFlow is subject to the applicable license terms presented with that product, including LizFlow's License Agreement when it applies.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse LizFlow or licensed materials except to the extent expressly allowed by law or by the applicable written license.

LizFlow, including its branding, software, design, text, graphics, and platform functionality, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Using LizFlow does not transfer any ownership rights to you except for the limited rights expressly granted under these terms and any applicable license.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of LizFlow at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LizFlow after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

LizFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LizFlow and Nebur Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to LizFlow if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if required for legal or operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
