License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and any product-specific terms, LizFlow and the applicable rights holder grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased software or digital product for your internal business or personal use.

The exact scope of the license, including seat counts, deployment limits, subscription duration, or commercial rights, may be further defined on the product page, checkout page, or related documentation.

LizFlow is distributed by Nebur Tech LLC, but ownership of individual software products, media, documentation, and related intellectual property may remain with LizFlow, the original developer, or another rights holder.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by a purchase. Only the limited license rights expressly granted in writing are provided.

Unless expressly allowed by applicable law or written permission, you may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from licensed materials.

You may not remove copyright notices, bypass technical restrictions, share access credentials, or use licensed materials in a way that exceeds the purchased plan or license scope.

If your license is sold on a subscription or term basis, your rights continue only for the active paid term unless the product terms state otherwise.

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals, but past payments are non-refundable and access may end when the paid term expires.

Support, maintenance, updates, hosted features, or new releases are provided only if included in the purchased offering or separately promised in writing.

We do not guarantee perpetual availability of hosted services, integrations, or future updates unless expressly stated in the applicable plan.

This license automatically terminates if you violate this agreement or the applicable Terms of Service.

Upon termination, you must stop using the licensed materials and, where applicable, delete or destroy copies under your control unless retention is required by law.

Licensed software and digital products are provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind unless a separate written warranty expressly applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LizFlow and Nebur Tech LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use licensed materials.
